Plants for Hotels & Offices in Liverpool

14th November 2012

Liverpool has always been a champion for making the city greener with plants. The cities first Botanical Gardens were opened in 1803 and some specimens from that collection still form part of the famous 'Living Plant Collection'.

Local companies are also keen to make their offices and workplaces greener. We have supplied our unique style of Office Landscaping to businesses in the city, including the Hotel Ibis near Liverpool 's Albert Docks, L1 8LY.

The hotel entrance has colour co-ordinated containers finished in Ibis red and planted with spiral buxus topiary trees, which are excellent eye catching plants for high profile areas like this. The outside seating area has raised brick plant beds, fully planted out with a variety of exterior plants and shrubs. We made sure we used hardy plants in this area, as there can be some strong winds blowing off the nearby Irish sea.
