Keeping it simple is Black & White

26th August 2014

Digital rebranding company '383project' complemented their simple modern new office interior with a variety of Black container based plant displays. 383 project is a game changing company taking a different approach to traditional company branding. They build 'useful brands' with innovative 'off the page thinking' take a look at their superb video here. In their main office reception the black and white theme was complimented with grey carpets and chairs (I really like the different coloured buttons on the back of the chairs) and we installed a Howea Forsteriana plant in a low square container.

At the top of the stairs on the way up to the Reception a striking rectangular display was planted with spiky Sansevieria Stuckyi plants.

In the main open plan offices a tall square Cubico display was planted with a braided stem Schefflera Gold Capella. This was a plant that our client requested after seeing it in one of our brochures. It has unusual aerial roots that hang down the stem which would absorb moisture in the plants native tropical environment. We supplied a water spray bottle so the aerial roots could be given a regular misting to keep them moist, green and healthy.

Outside the office kitchen area we positioned  a black Cubico 50 container with a Philodendron Scanden plant. This plant is also known as a 'sweet heart vine'  a reference to the large heart shaped leaves.

The 'keeping it simple is the most effective' approach was continued throughout the offices where we used identical displays to the ones we had used in the reception. Bushy green Kentia Palm plants in low square Cubico containers.
